1. Overview

Welcome to Swag Lord Shop. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to follow these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These terms apply to everyone who accesses or uses our site, including browsers, customers, and collaborators.

Our mission is to deliver authentic, quality gear that represents the Swag Lord movement — with honesty, creativity, and transparency at every step.

2. Eligibility

To shop with us, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older, or have permission from a legal guardian.
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout.
  • Use our products for personal, non-commercial use, unless a separate commercial or wholesale agreement is in place.

We currently ship to most international destinations, but we reserve the right to decline orders from locations where shipping restrictions or compliance issues apply.

3. Orders & Cancellations

All orders placed through Swag Lord Shop are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Violations of our policies or abuse toward our team

If your order is canceled after payment, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
You may cancel your order 
within 12 hours of placing it — after that, it may already be in production or fulfillment and cannot be changed.

4. Pricing & Availability

All prices listed on our site are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without prior notice.
You will always be charged the price displayed at checkout, regardless of future price updates.

If a product is listed incorrectly (e.g., due to a typographical or technical error), we reserve the right to correct the price or cancel the order with a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, costs, and fulfillment partners are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, delivery times are outside our direct control.

We’re not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control (like strikes, weather events, or pandemics).
That said, we’ll always do our best to help you track and resolve any delivery issues.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details on eligibility, timelines, and procedures.

In summary:

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition.
  • Custom or sale items are final sale.
  • Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded.

7. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — including designs, logos, photos, graphics, text, and product names — belongs to Swag Lord Shop or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell our content or products without written permission.
All 
Swag Lord designs and branding are protected under copyright and trademark law.

8. Wholesale & Collaboration Terms

We welcome serious wholesale and partnership inquiries.
For retail partnerships:

  • Minimum first order: $300 USD
  • Must have a verified retail or business license
  • Pricing tiers available upon request

We reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale partnerships at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

We work hard to ensure every order is correct, safe, and as described — but we can’t guarantee perfection.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Swag Lord Shop and its owners, affiliates, or partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill).
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase will not exceed the total amount paid for that order.

All products are provided “as is” and without warranties beyond what’s legally required.

10. Force Majeure

Sometimes the unexpected happens.
We are not responsible for any delay, cancellation, or inability to fulfill orders caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, global crises, supplier shortages, strikes, or acts of government.

If such an event occurs, we’ll communicate openly and do our best to resolve or reschedule your order.

11. Customer Conduct

We maintain a respectful environment for everyone in the Swag Lord community.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block users who engage in:

  • Abusive or threatening behavior
  • Fraudulent claims
  • Malicious chargebacks or false reports
  • Use of our products or name for hate speech or defamation

We believe in mutual respect — that’s part of the Swag Lord code.

12. Dispute Resolution

If necessary, disputes will be handled under the governing laws of Namibia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding shall take place in the competent courts of 
Windhoek, Namibia (or your local equivalent, if legally required).

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or applicable laws.
Any changes take effect immediately upon posting to our site.
Your continued use of the site means you accept the revised Terms.
