Swag Lord Shop Refund & Return Policy
1. Overview
We want you to love your Swag Lord gear. Every item is created with care — printed, embroidered, or packed just for you. Because most of our products are made to order, we handle returns and refunds a little differently than big retail stores.
This policy outlines when and how we accept returns, replacements, or refunds to keep things transparent and fair for everyone.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We currently accept returns or exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags and packaging are still intact.
- You have proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is fine).
To start a return or exchange, email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- A short explanation of the issue
- Clear photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
We’ll review your request and send you return instructions within 2–3 business days.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
To keep things fair and hygienic, some products are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order products (e.g., personalized prints, limited drops, or pre-order collections)
- Sale or discounted items
- Digital downloads or gift cards
- Items damaged by improper care, wear, or accident
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out before sending anything back.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect — our bad.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the issue.
Once verified, we’ll either:
- Replace the item free of charge, or
- Offer a full refund to your original payment method.
We’ll handle all costs for shipping replacements caused by our error or our fulfillment partner’s mistake.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a mistake on our end:
- The customer is responsible for paying return shipping.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item without tracking.
If your replacement item is approved, we’ll cover the cost of sending the new one back to you.
7. International Orders
We ship worldwide, but please note:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and international shipping fees are non-refundable.
- International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Due to customs processes, international exchanges may take longer — typically 3–6 weeks from the original delivery date.
We cannot accept returns refused due to unpaid customs fees.
8. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as most items begin processing shortly after payment.
Once production or fulfillment has started, cancellations or changes can no longer be made.
If you need to update your address or order details, please contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.
