1. Processing Time
We aim to get your order out as fast as possible while ensuring quality every time.
- Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Certain products may take up to 7–10 business days to produce, especially during new drops, collaborations, or limited-edition releases.
- Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Every order is carefully checked, packed, and fulfilled with precision — we don’t rush the process, but we do respect your time.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We work with trusted global partners to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. Depending on your location and item availability, your package may be shipped via:
- DHL, FedEx, UPS, or local postal services (via Printful’s fulfillment network).
- Tracking numbers are automatically provided once your order has shipped.
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery estimates vary depending on your region and the availability of local courier services.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Domestic (Namibia & Southern Africa): 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- North America: 7–15 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Please note that these are estimates. Shipping times may vary due to customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and item weight.
- Free Shipping: We currently offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD (or local equivalent).
- Express Shipping: Available in select regions for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order if you need expedited delivery.
5. Tracking & Order Updates
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number so you can follow your package in real-time.
If you don’t receive a tracking link within 7 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us directly at [email protected].
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We take great care in shipping, but if something goes wrong:
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 3 business days.
- We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated every step of the way.
- Swag Lord Shop is not responsible for carrier or customs delays, but we’ll do everything possible to assist you.
- In cases of verified loss or damage, we’ll offer a replacement or refund after confirming with the fulfillment provider.
7. International Shipping & Customs
We proudly ship worldwide. However, please note:
- Customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees may apply depending on your country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders refused due to customs issues or unpaid duties.
8. Holiday & Busy Season Notice
During peak seasons (November–December, or during new merch drops), please allow an extra 2–4 business days for processing.
To ensure your order arrives in time for holidays, we recommend placing it by December 15th for international shipping and December 10th for regional deliveries.
9. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops
From time to time, Swag Lord releases exclusive or pre-order collections. These items are clearly marked and come with extended production times (typically 2–4 weeks before shipping). You’ll receive updates via email as your order moves through production and fulfillment.
